Reservation Policy

At Lambda, reservations are a fundamental part of our commitment to exclusivity, intentional craftsmanship, and personalized luxury. We offer reservation-based access primarily for the Siriz Collection, our most elite and limited-edition offering.

 

1. Reservation Eligibility

 

Reservations are extended by private invitation or via voluntary application through our Siriz Reservation Form. Lambda retains full discretion over the invitation and approval process.

 

2. Application Process

To initiate a reservation:

  • Submit the Siriz Reservation Form via our website or concierge team

  • Pay a non-refundable application fee at the time of submission

  • Await official review and status update

 

Applicants are not guaranteed acceptance. Lambda reserves the right to accept, waitlist, or deny applications based on our internal vetting criteria.

 

3. Application Fee

  • A non-refundable fee is required upon reservation form submission

  • This fee covers administrative review and access to the Siriz program

  • The application fee is not credited toward the final product purchase price

4. Approval & Purchase

 

If your reservation is approved:

  • You will receive a private link or message with your acceptance

  • You will have a limited time window to complete your order

  • Payment in full must be completed to secure your bottle

 

Failure to complete the transaction within the given time frame will result in forfeiture of the reserved spot.

 

5. One Bottle Per Client

 

To preserve the integrity and rarity of each release:

  • Only one bottle per client per fragrance is permitted

  • Orders must not be placed under aliases or proxies

Lambda may cancel duplicate or proxy orders at its discretion.

 

6. Processing Time

 

Due to the highly tailored and artisanal nature of Siriz Collection fragrances:

  • Processing for Siriz orders takes atleast 65 calendar days from the date your reservation is officially approved

  • This period includes ingredient preparation, hand-blending, aging, bottling, and verification

 

Clients will receive updates at key milestones during the production process. This timeline reflects the level of detail and quality control demanded by the Siriz standard.

 

7. No Cancellations, Refunds, or Exchanges

  • Reservation applications and resulting orders are final

  • There are no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges once your application has been submitted or approved
