Returns & Exchanges

At Lambda, our commitment to craftsmanship, rarity, and personalization means that all products are treated with the highest degree of care and exclusivity. Due to the artisanal and limited nature of our offerings, we maintain a highly specific Returns & Exchanges policy as detailed below.
1. General Policy
All purchases made through Lambda—whether online, in-person, or via private concierge—are final sale unless explicitly stated otherwise. Due to the delicate composition of fine perfumery and our commitment to maintaining pristine integrity for all clients, we are unable to accept:

Exchanges

Refund requests
This policy ensures the quality and exclusivity of each fragrance remains uncompromised.
2. Siriz Collection —
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable
The Siriz Collection is Lambda’s most exclusive fragrance line, crafted in extremely limited quantities and offered by invitation or application only.
Due to the rare ingredients, bespoke formulation, and the legally binding application process:

All Siriz purchases are final and irrevocable

No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted under any circumstances

The non-refundable application fee submitted with the reservation form is also not eligible for reimbursement, regardless of application outcome
By applying for or purchasing a Siriz fragrance, clients explicitly waive any right to dispute transactions, including through third-party chargeback processes.
3. Exceptions – Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will gladly assess the situation and offer a replacement or correction. To qualify:

You must notify us at cs@lsiriz.com within 7 calendar days of delivery

The product must remain unopened and in original condition

Include photos of the packaging, product, and shipping label for verification
Once approved, we will coordinate a resolution, which may include replacement, partial reimbursement, or store credit—excluding Siriz items, which are non-replaceable due to scarcity.
4. Ineligible Items for Return or Exchange
Regardless of condition or circumstance, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following:

Opened or used fragrances

Custom-engraved bottles

Bespoke perfume compositions
-
Limited or exclusive editions (including but not limited to Siriz)

Any product returned without prior authorization
5. Return Authorization Required
No returns will be processed without an approved Return Authorization (RA) issued by our Client Relations team. Any unauthorized return shipments will be refused or destroyed and will not be eligible for credit or replacement.
6. Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are only processed in cases of confirmed order errors or damaged products (excluding Siriz). If a refund is approved:

You will be notified via email

Funds will be returned to the original method of payment

Processing times may vary by bank or provider (5–10 business days typically)
