At Lambda, the experience of receiving your fragrance is as meticulously curated as the scent itself. We offer premium global shipping and elevated delivery services, including our signature Butler Delivery—ensuring each bottle is handled with the respect it deserves.

1. Domestic & International Shipping
Lambda proudly ships to most destinations worldwide. Due to the artisanal nature of our products and the use of high-grade natural extracts, shipping is subject to regulatory restrictions in certain countries and regions.

International: Select global destinations (subject to carrier restrictions on fragrance products)

2. Processing Times
Each fragrance is carefully packed to preserve its quality and provenance. Processing timeframes vary by collection:
Collection Processing Time
Signature Collection 5–10 U.S. business days
Siriz Collection 65 calendar days (from application approval)
Shipping times are in addition to processing times.
3. Shipping Methods
We offer the following delivery options:
3.1 Standard Delivery

International: 5–14 business days (may vary by customs)
3.2 Expedited Delivery

Available on select orders from the Signature Collection

3.3 Butler Delivery (Signature Service)
An elevated delivery method available to VIP clients and Siriz Collection recipients:

A Lambda Representative or trained butler will hand-deliver your fragrance to the location of your choosing

Delivery is conducted with discretion, presentation, and ceremony in keeping with the Lambda experience

Scheduling: Requires advance notice and appointment confirmation

Regions: Currently available in select U.S. cities and international capitals by arrangement

4. Delivery Confirmation & Liability

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon confirmed delivery

Lambda is not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural events, or third-party carrier disruptions
For security, some shipments may require signature upon delivery.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to:

VAT or local import taxes
These are not included in the purchase or shipping fee unless expressly stated at checkout. Lambda is not responsible for delays or fees imposed by international customs authorities.
6. Shipping Restrictions
Due to international regulations on transporting alcohol-based products:

Lambda may be restricted from shipping to certain countries

Orders containing alcohol (including all fragrances) may be delayed or rerouted for regulatory compliance
7. Undeliverable Orders
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, missed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping fees may apply.
